Senior Accountant
A well-established healthcare manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join the accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of financial functions while supporting leadership and helping drive accurate reporting and process improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
- CPA or MBA a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- ERP software experience (SAP, Oracle, INFOR, or ACCPAC) highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must Haves:
- Perform general ledger accounting including reconciliations and journal entries
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis to budget/forecast
- Maintain records of operating results including sales, orders, and operating profit
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP, AR, and employee expense reports
- Support cash flow analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Partner with external auditors and support annual audit preparation
- Recommend and support improvements to accounting processes and controls
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or healthcare-related organization
- Prior exposure to cash management or treasury functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments
- Interest in professional growth with potential to move into a leadership role
