Our client, a highly respected employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employees facing workplace challenges and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Senior Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $250,000 – $400,000 per year

Senior Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in California

• At least 7 years of experience handling FEHA cases, employment law matters, including harassment and discrimination

• Ability to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution

• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Experience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings

• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach

Senior Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

• Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful termination

• Collaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy
