Our medical device client is looking for an experienced CNC CAM Programmer to join their growing team. The CNC Programmer will create CNC code to produce medical devices on CNC equipment utilizing CAM software or manual programming methods during Process Development or Process Improvement for use in a manufacturing environment.
CNC Programmer responsibilities:
- Create CNC programs using CAM software and manufacturing production instructions.
- Support NPI product development, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineers to ensure tolerancing and inspection methods are aligned and achievable.
- Support validation, process qualifications, and operation activities, including training of manufacturing operators.
CNC Programmer requirements:
- 5 years CNC programming experience in an ISO regulated manufacturing.
- Minimum of 2 years CAM experience working with Swiss machines required
- Must have programmed additional axis' such as rotary or swing/tilting in addition to X, Y and Z axis' or have programmed using Macro Variables.
- Knowledge of advanced Inspection techniques or systems.
