Our client, a well-established provider of outsourced accounting services, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead and support a team of bookkeepers. This is a fully remote role with excellent growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000–$85,000 DOE + bonus eligibility
- PTO, health insurance, paid holidays (after 90 days)
- Company-matched IRA after 3 years
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and guide a team handling daily bookkeeping tasks (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, etc.).
- Review financial records for accuracy and timeliness.
- Step in as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as a point of contact between the bookkeeping team and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Multi-unit or multi-client background required.
- Experience working with franchises, a huge plus.
- Familiarity with trades industries (construction, plumbing, electrical).
Location: Remote, but must reside in AL, FL, GA, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI.
