Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
- Experienced Manager with 5-plus years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record with Sales Volume of $3-10 million
- Expertise in Scratch Kitchen operations
- Menu creation and innovation skills
- Hands-on leader with strong management capabilities
- Bilingual proficiency preferred
- Ability to manage and control financials effectively
