We are seeking a proven Regional Account Director to oversee executive dining, café, catering, and conference services across multiple high-profile campuses in the New York metro area. This is a dynamic leadership role with direct oversight of a multi-million-dollar portfolio and a strong client partnership.
Regional Account Director Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary: $145,000 – $170,000
- Annual bonus: 22%
- Equity options

Regional Account Director Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate dining, executive dining, conference services, or equivalent hotel/regional foodservice leadership
- Proven P&L oversight at $50M+ scale
- Strong background in client relationship management, C-suite communication, and contract negotiation
- Experience leading large multi-site teams, with direct reports and cross-functional dotted lines (HR, Marketing, etc.)
- Union management experience required (Local 100)
- Must be based in NYC or have strong ties to return; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Regional Account Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Track record of regional tenure in the NYC area with career growth into higher leadership roles in 3-5 years.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multi-campus oversight
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
