Exterior Solutions Sales Representative – Benefits & Compensation
- $45,000 base salary plus 35% of net profits (first-year earnings $175,000–$195,000)

- Honest, dependable, and consistent—your word must mean something
Must Haves
- Hunger to earn six figures and change your situation through hard work
- Ability to follow a proven sales process from first estimate to installation
- Thick skin and resilience—you’ll be pushed hard but fully supported
Preferred Background & Skills
- No specific industry experience required—top reps have come from hospitality, healthcare, security, and trades
- Strong people skills and relationship-building ability
- Sales or client-facing experience helpful, but drive and cultural fit are the priority
