Lead Physical Therapist – Las Vegas, NV

Our Client is seeking a dynamic Lead Physical Therapist to join our expanding outpatient clinic in Las Vegas. If you’re a licensed PT who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment—and you're ready to grow into a true leadership role—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

- $90,000–$110,000 base salary (DOE)

What You Will Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient PT
- Lead, coach, and support PTAs, techs, massage therapists, and front office staff
- Ensure strong documentation, clinic compliance, and workflow efficiency
- Support patient engagement, community outreach, and clinic growth initiatives
- Help shape a positive, collaborative, patient-centered culture
What You Bring
- Licensed (or eligible) PT in Nevada
- Master’s or Doctorate in PT
- Outpatient experience (strongly preferred)
- Orthopedic/manual therapy background
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
