Kitchen Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership role
- Background in corporate-style operations with structured systems and accountability
- Experience in casual, upscale-casual, or fine dining; scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Proven ability to drive BOH systems, consistency, and accountability
- Strong detail orientation and standards enforcement
Must Haves (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Lead and motivate the BOH team through clear expectations and accountability
- Roll up sleeves to work alongside the team — not just oversee operations
- Ensure execution of scratch kitchen standards with consistency and precision
- Drive collaboration with FOH leadership to align service and kitchen performance
- Monitor BOH systems, enforce health/safety compliance, and optimize workflows
- Uphold “kind over nice” leadership style — firm, structured, and culture-driven
Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven success in high-volume kitchens
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology platforms
- Culinary degree or formal hospitality training a plus
- Track record of scaling systems and enforcing consistency during growth phases
