Our client is looking for a Paralegal with experience in real estate law or estate planning and probate to join their collaborative team. This is a rewarding opportunity with a transactional law firm where your skills will be valued, and your legal expertise will make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters
- Coordinate and manage critical deadlines
- Prepare and file probate and estate planning documents with relevant courts and agencies
- Use Clio (our case management system) to track case progress and manage documentation
- Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding items for active legal matters
- Contribute to improving legal workflows and internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in real estate law, estate planning, or probate
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone
- Are highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Are comfortable with legal practice management software (Clio experience is a plus)
- Enjoy making a positive impact in clients’ lives through thoughtful legal support
Helpful (but Not Required):
- Experience with title, settlement, or mortgage services
- Background in office administration or client-facing legal work
- Notary public or paralegal certification
