We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations with a strong focus on excellence in service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This role will be pivotal in driving performance across all locations, ensuring consistency, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Sr. Director of Operations, Benefits and Compensation:

Sr. Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality operations, with multi-unit oversight preferred
- Proven experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in managing P&L, labor, and COGS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of team development
- Hands-on, guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality and innovation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Develop and implement SOPs that ensure consistent service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and mentor management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration
Sr. Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in driving financial performance through effective P&L management, labor controls, and cost management
- Ability to partner with senior leadership on sales-building initiatives, marketing activations, and community engagement strategies
- Knowledge of compliance with health, safety, labor, and liquor regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff to reinforce brand values
