We are currently looking for a Jr. Sous Chef who can assist our culinary team in daily operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the culinary team on writing and developing protocols, SOPs, recipes, etc.
- Assisting the Executive Chef with multiple locations, from scheduling to payroll to production lists
- Work with different teams/shifts throughout the day to assist with quality control
- Work with ownership on different projects and tasks as delegated
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ yrs in the kitchen as a kitchen lead or Jr. Sous Chef
- Knowledgeable on BOH operations: including ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes
- Flexible schedule: will work with different shifts, 24-hour commissary operations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
