Regional Sales Director – Extended Stay Hotel Sector
Are you ready to be part of a fast-growing, innovative extended-stay hotel brand? We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to help drive our expansion and deliver outstanding results.
In this role, you’ll lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, strengthen key accounts, and identify growth opportunities. Working closely with General Managers, you’ll help develop and execute sales strategies while supporting the close of high-value leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals in assigned markets
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans with General Managers
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships across key customer segments
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent service and messaging
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in Corporate, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, or Medical sectors
- Extended-stay hotel experience strongly preferred (3+ years ideal)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of hotel operations, services, and amenities
- Ability to travel up to 80% (locations include Detroit and Grand Rapids, MI)
- Hospitality background required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $85,000 plus a 20% performance bonus
