Director of Front Office

Director of Front Office Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a hotel Front Office leadership role, preferably in a resort or luxury property

• 3+ years’ experience managing a team, including hiring, coaching, and scheduling

• Strong knowledge of guest check-in/check-out, billing, and financial reconciliation processes

• Proven ability to resolve guest issues, oversee VIP stays, and drive service recovery initiatives

• Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor optimization, and departmental P&L management

Director of Front Office Preferred Background & Skills:

• Proficiency in SMS HOST, HotSOS, Safelok, Zingle, iHotelier, and Medallia systems

• Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) and strong cultural fit with values of authenticity, teamwork, and humility
