A well-established national design and construction firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join its growing team. This role will lead dealership and retail facility projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications. With a strong pipeline of projects scheduled into 2026, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader in the construction industry.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $150,000 – $170,000

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a project management or superintendent role
- Strong background in estimating within commercial or dealership/retail projects
- Extensive knowledge across all divisions of commercial construction, with the ability to read and apply construction standards
- Proficiency with Autodesk Build and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- No residential or multifamily/apartment backgrounds will be considered
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing large-scale, ground-up commercial projects
- Ability to oversee both field operations and office/project administration
- Comfortable working directly with ownership and serving as a trusted right-hand partner
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Indiana and Iowa
