Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to lead electrical operations on commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, schedule management, and mentoring crew members.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and multifamily projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities, enforce safety protocols, and conduct safety meetings.
- Mentor apprentices and foster on-the-job learning.
Technical Execution
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and local codes.
- Perform complex electrical installations, troubleshooting, and coordination with other trades.
Project Oversight & Quality Control
- Maintain 4–6 week look-ahead schedules and coordinate with general contractors.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Document and resolve quality issues; prepare for electrical inspections.
Material & Documentation
- Coordinate material requests and deliveries with Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, progress, safety, and quality issues.
Technology & Communication
- Utilize company software for reporting, material tracking, and project communication.
- Embrace training and evolving technologies to support project efficiency.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- Commercial/multifamily construction experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NEC, OSHA safety standards, and local codes.
Physical & Licensing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights and in varying conditions.

- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime Pay: Available per company policy.
