A well-established, multi-location home furnishings retailer is seeking a strategic and energetic Complex General Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in leading sales, driving performance across seven retail locations, and mentoring Sales Managers to achieve revenue goals while maintaining visual and service excellence.

Complex General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
- Track KPIs, coach for results, and execute performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with store operations, visual standards, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Merchandising, and Marketing departments
- 3–5 years of experience leading multi-unit retail teams, or 10 years equivalent leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in accountability, sales performance, and culture-building
