What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily execution across sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media, blogs, podcasts, and promotions to attract leads.
- Create impactful sales tools (presentations, playbooks, one-pagers).
- Keep the CRM accurate and data-driven; track and improve conversions.
- Partner with ad and web vendors to boost reach and performance.
- Support sales enablement and drive revenue through multi-touch campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in growth/marketing or revenue operations.
- Strong CRM management (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
- Skilled in marketing automation, integrations, and reporting.
- Balanced creative + analytical mindset.
- Hands-on project management and ability to hit deadlines.
- Familiarity with ABM, paid social, and content strategy.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $80K–$90K plus bonus
- Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with contribution (after 12 months).
