The Non-Ferrous Operations Manager will oversee the division’s processing, sales, and pricing strategy. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily non-ferrous operations, processing, and shipments
- Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships
- Set pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Improve efficiency, recovery rates, and reduce waste
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier partnerships
- Lead and develop operations and sales staff
- Report on performance, sales, and profitability
Qualifications
- 7+ years in non-ferrous metals operations, sales, and pricing
- Strong track record in sales growth and pricing strategy
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with customers, suppliers, and staff
- Proficient with ERP and inventory management systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry experience strongly valued
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
