- Director 0f Training Requirements;
- – 2+ Years of Director of Training experience in a Restaurant concept. New Restaurant Opening experience is highly desirable.
- – Must be well versed in putting LMS systems and processes in place as well as executing them
- – You need to be an outstanding Coach who gets people to believe and draw out their best versions.
- – Be a stickler for the highest of standards.
- – Comfortable in a highly fluid environment with rapidly changing initiatives and directives
- – Some Restaurant Operational experience earlier in career is highly desirable
- Director of Training Benefits:
- – Competitive Salary of $100 to $115K based on experience.
