Multi-Unit Estate / Property Manager

Multi-Unit Estate / Property Manager Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years’ experience managing luxury private estates or comparable high-level hotel/property management roles
- Flexible work schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
- Proven history of overseeing multiple luxury properties and managing large, diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Expertise in vendor and contractor negotiations, construction oversight, and high-value asset management
- Polished professional demeanor with exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion & service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred
Multi-Unit Estate / Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of multiple estates, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Direct large-scale renovation and construction projects from inception through completion, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and contractors
- Lead and manage a diverse staff, including household employees and contracted professionals.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets; oversee expense reporting, forecasting, and ensure financial compliance aligned with family office standards
- Coordinate logistics for events, private gatherings, and special occasions; supervise transportation logistics, vehicle management, guest arrivals, and staff travel arrangements
- Oversee security systems, access controls, and enforce confidentiality protocols to protect family privacy and assets
- Manage insurance claims, policy administration, and ensure legal compliance related to property and staffing
