Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
- Bilingual
- Hospitality degree required
- ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Open availability—days, nights, weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate your team while maintaining a positive, accountable culture
- Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with your team, guests, and vendors
- Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-volume restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle pressure
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
