Vice President of Operations– New York State
A leading operator of QSR Restaurants and convenience stores has an exciting opening, as we continue to expand and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational excellence, profitability, and team development across multiple districts.
Vice President of Operations Benefits and Compensation:
• Competitive base salary of $150,000 – $160,000 with full P&L accountability incentives

Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit operations in Restaurants or Convenience Stores
• Proven track record of managing P&L performance and achieving business objectives
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers to strengthen leadership pipelines
• Direct responsibility for implementing strategic initiatives, including sales and profitability goals, customer satisfaction targets, and compliance with brand and safety standards
• Must be able to identify and resolve underperforming regions, ensure budget targets are achieved, and standardize brand delivery across restaurants and convenience outlets
• Willingness and ability to travel across New York State regularly
Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience representing organizations in state-level negotiations and regulatory meetings
• Familiarity with compliance tracking, performance metrics reporting, and food safety standards
• Strong cultural fit with a collaborative, strategic, and results-driven leadership style
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders
