Client Success Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of client success, account management, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, retention, and client engagement programs
• Experience developing structured client referral initiatives (NPS-based preferred)
• Self-awareness, humility, and strong attention to detail
Client Success Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
• Prior experience in legal services, workforce solutions, or professional services environments
• Knowledge of immigration visa programs (H-2, TN, EB-3, H-1B, J-1)
• Prior experience in landscaping management, agriculture, construction, or food production (proteins) industries, ideally in sales or client success functions
• Adaptable and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and foster long-term trust
• Experience leading client onboarding processes and configuring CRM portals
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams
• Ability to analyze client satisfaction metrics and proactively address the risk of churn
