Hospitality Services Manager
Executive Campus | Weekday Dining & Guest Services
We’re seeking a dedicated Hospitality Services Manager to help lead front-of-house operations at a premier executive campus. Serving global foundations, civic leaders, and business executives, this role offers a chance to provide warm, attentive hospitality in a professional, one-of-a-kind setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house operations during weekday lunch and bar service
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff with an emphasis on teamwork and professionalism
- Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless service
- Maintain quality, timing, and consistency across all guest interactions
- Support scheduling, labor management, and inventory as needed
- Ensure dining spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with weekend events only as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A guest-first, hands-on approach to service
- Comfort managing both à la carte dining and small group functions
- Availability for weekday service, with flexibility for occasional weekend support
