Front-of-House Manager in Training Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recent management experience in upscale/full-service dining
- Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Passion for leadership, training, and hospitality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Responsibilities include leading and inspiring the FOH team, delivering standout guest experiences, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring smooth, compliant service and operations
Front-of-House Manager in Training Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a scratch-kitchen environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster a positive team culture
- Previous experience in training and developing staff members
