We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations while shaping the long-term success of a thriving retail business.
Retail Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000–$70,000 annually

Retail Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail General Manager
- Proven background in small business or boutique retail operations preferred
- Strong skills in scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working in a hands-on role
Retail Manager Must Haves:
- Manage day-to-day store operations with attention to detail and efficiency
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure merchandising standards, and oversee stock management
- Drive sales performance while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment
- Support company initiatives and align the team to achieve revenue goals
Retail Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in growing or scaling independent retail businesses
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and community engagement
- Creative eye for merchandising and visual presentation
- Familiarity with analyzing sales trends and creating action plans
- Leadership style that motivates, inspires, and develops high-performing teams
