FOH Manager Requirements:
- Prior Front of House management experience
- Experience in upscale casual dining (casual or fine dining background preferred)
- Hands-on leadership style with a team-first mentality
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Strong bar and wine knowledge (preferred)
- Capability to manage closing shifts effectively
