As the company scales, compliance isn’t just about following rules — it’s about protecting patients, enabling growth, and guiding innovation. That’s why we’re hiring a Director of Compliance: a pharmacist-leader who can partner with marketing, legal, and clinical teams to make sure the patient experience is safe, compliant, and ahead of regulatory trends.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO. If you’re passionate about pharmacy compliance, telehealth innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your chance to make a national impact.

- Opportunity to shape compliance systems for a fast-growing health platform
Director of Compliance Requirements & Qualifications
- PharmD strongly preferred; higher education in pharmacy or regulatory affairs required
- Active pharmacist license in good standing (multi-state licensure is a plus)
- 3–5+ years in pharmacy compliance or regulatory affairs, ideally in compounding, telehealth, or direct-to-consumer healthcare
- Hands-on experience reviewing and approving marketing/promotional content (digital, print, video, social, ads, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of FDA, FTC, HIPAA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, <800> standards and 503A compounding laws
Director of Compliance Must Haves

- Provide pharmacist-led oversight for patient education materials, especially around men’s health injectable therapies (e.g., testosterone, peptides, GLP-1s)
- Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance for marketing, creative, and operations teams
- Deliver risk assessments and compliance updates directly to executive leadership
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and clinical teams to ensure safe, compliant patient-facing interactions
Director of Compliance Preferred Background & Skills
- Pharmacist license.
- Prior experience in a 503A/503B compounding pharmacy
