Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Sales Manager for their award-winning boutique, full-service resort property. This unique opening offers endless opportunities for growth and collaboration throughout the company network. The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience at an upscale resort in the Sales Manager capacity and a passion to effectively work with a team while demonstrating high integrity at all times.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, representing the organization's culture and core values
- Oversee and coordinate individual sales activities including setting big-picture and incremental goals while tracking results
- Forecasting industry segments
- Develop and execute innovative and successful sales strategies
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years recent experience as a successful Sales Manager in a full-service, upscale hotel or resort at both branded AND independent properties with over 200 rooms
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Solid tenure and career progression
- Integrity-driven and people-focused
