Transmission & Distribution Engineering Supervisor – Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary range: $110,000–$130,000

Transmission & Distribution Engineering Supervisor – Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or project leadership role
- Knowledge of electrical and civil engineering principles
- Strong understanding of applicable industry standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with CAD, spreadsheets, databases, and other engineering applications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must Haves
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of T&D Engineers and Construction Planners
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for capital projects and construction timelines
- Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance standards
- Collaborate across departments including Asset Management, Real Estate, Vegetation, and Project Management
- Provide updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and guide engineering design challenges in real-time
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
Preferred Background & Skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in project management within utility or construction engineering
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a regulated utility environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
