Construction Change Control Coordinator

Construction Change Control Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all construction drawing revisions, including change orders, RFIs, RFCs, and design clarifications/modifications.
- Collaborate with construction managers, resident engineers, and project managers to review and implement drawing updates.
- Coordinate with change order managers and engineers to assess potential changes and ensure clear documentation.
- Provide field inspectors with accurate, up-to-date drawings and prepare revised as-built shop drawings based on field conditions.
- Organize, maintain, and archive all CAD, PDF, and hard-copy drawings for easy access and accuracy.
Construction Change Control Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Background in DEP projects and proven expertise in change order coordination or similar roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, teamwork ability, and familiarity with Design-Build contract delivery methods.
