Business Development Manager – Benefits and Compensation

Business Development Manager – Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar revenue‐driven role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships across multiple industries
- Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities and negotiate profitable contracts
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must be able to represent the company at industry events, recruitment fairs, and client meetings (some travel required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
Business Development Manager – Preferred Background and Skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, workforce solutions, or staffing/recruitment services
- Familiarity with temporary/seasonal visa programs
- Exposure to international markets and cross‐cultural business development
- Background in contract negotiation for high‐value client agreements
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create campaigns targeting niche industries
- Comfort with presenting to C‐suite and senior decision‐makers
