Join our clients team as a Facility Operations & Equipment Coordinator and play a hands-on role in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

Facility Operations & Equipment Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair manufacturing equipment, lab fixtures, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
- Perform hands-on in-house repairs and coordinate with service vendors for specialized maintenance.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to keep equipment and building systems in top condition.
- Act as the first responder for environmental alarms, power outages, and building system issues.
- Support facility upkeep, from HVAC and plumbing to outdoor spaces and safety lighting
Facility Operations & Equipment Coordinator Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair and facility maintenance.
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or 1+ year of manufacturing/equipment maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, FDA, and ISO 9001/13485 standards.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and equipment like freeze dryers, centrifuges, and pumps.
- Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking contractors (translation tools acceptable)
