- 2+ years of proven success as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume setting
- Integrity, discipline, and respect—non-negotiable
- Hands-on leadership that drives performance and sets the standard
- Strong inventory, cost control, and sales-building skills
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for your team and guests
- Drive-thru experience required
