The Role:
- Oversee kitchen operations and uphold quality standards
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary team members
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ leadership in upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Open availability (two days off guaranteed)
- Ability to stand long periods & lift 50 lbs
