Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager
- Demonstrated success in overseeing FOH and BOH operations, financial performance, and staffing strategy
- Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls in a scratch kitchen environment
- Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background in a craft beer/bar centric concept
- Experience a large craft bar
- Proven ability to increase operational efficiency and drive revenue growth
- Strong community presence with the ability to build local guest loyalty
- Skilled at fostering a positive workplace culture that supports long-term staff retention
