We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the DMV area to lead sales growth and team development for a commercial cleaning company. If you enjoy growing other sales teams across multiple regions while driving your own pipeline, closing high-value deals, while building company revenue, and uncapped earnings, this opportunity is for you!
Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in sales management or leadership.
- All candidates must be located in the DMV area
- Background in service-based industries cleaning, facilities company
- Proven track record of staff management, and hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team player, great communicator with strong coaching, mentoring skills.
- Comfortable with heavy travel, overnights, and field-based sales activity.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience, a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct walkthroughs, and close deals while supporting your team’s success.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Managers across multiple Mid-Atlantic markets.
- Build and execute scalable sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Develop relationships with construction industry leaders, decision-makers, and key partners.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent as we expand.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Provide hands-on field coaching, traveling extensively throughout the territory.
- Track performance metrics, monitor pipeline health, and report regularly on results.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
