Luxury senior living facility in the Houston area is looking for a Assistant Director of Nursing. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible to enhance the overall Resident and Family experience through provision of comprehensive leadership to the Health and Wellness team members within the department with thorough and passionate training, scheduling, and mentoring on our specialized services. The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for establishing and sustaining a culture of unparalleled service and long-term growth through supporting the Health and Wellness department in an administrative and clinical role

Requirements/Experience
- Must be an RN
- Must be licensed in the state of Florida
- Associates degree in nursing (bachelors preferred)
- Three or more years of experience working in a Floor or Charge Nurse capacity
- Experience creating schedules for healthcare and/or clinical staff, required
- Previous experience in a Senior Living environment, preferred
- Experience working in a memory care environment, preferred
