We’re looking for a dynamic multi-unit professional to step into an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services role. This position plays a key part in leading one of the dining locations while preparing to grow into a future general manager role. Assistant General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations of a high-volume dining unit
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and daily financial performance
- Build staff schedules to align with business and service needs
- Mentor, coach, and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in food service management
- Experience in unionized environments highly valued
