Alcohol Sales Associate Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid MA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Dedication, integrity, and a passion for growing a brand
Education:
- Degree preferred but not required
- Sales experience in the alcohol industry is essential
