Our team is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, and we are seeking a Marketing & PR Manager to amplify our brand presence, engage our community, and drive guest traffic across all properties.
The Role
The Marketing & PR Manager will be the brand storyteller and communications leader for the restaurant group. This role oversees all marketing, public relations, and digital engagement strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s vision while maximizing reach, guest loyalty, and revenue growth.
Marketing & PR Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand identity, highlight seasonal offerings, and strengthen guest connections.
- Public Relations: Build relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners to drive positive press coverage and event participation.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid advertising to optimize digital engagement and ROI.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to create engaging content including photography, storytelling, and promotional materials.
- Event Marketing: Lead promotions for restaurant openings, special events, and community partnerships to maximize exposure.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, guest engagement, and sales impact; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Reputation Management: Oversee guest review responses and manage the group’s online reputation.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Marketing & PR Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, or brand management, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM, Google Analytics, paid search, SEO).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging content creation.
- Established media and influencer relationships, a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred.
