Join a world-class, independently owned luxury resort as Vice President of Food & Beverage, where you’ll oversee seven outlets, including five full-service dining venues. Vice President of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years as an Executive Chef in high-end dining or resort environments
- 5+ years in senior F&B management at the Director or VP level
- Proven leadership in Forbes-rated outlets and luxury dining settings. Experience overseeing a minimum of 6 outlets with at least 4 being full service.
- Independent resort or boutique hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Culinary or hospitality degree preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to a remote area
- Leadership Style & Expectations: We are seeking a highly visible, hands-on executive—not an “office dweller.” The ideal VP of F&B leads shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, engaging with guests, guiding staff on the floor, and setting the standard for service excellence every day.

- Strong culinary foundation with a seamless transition into senior F&B leadership
- Expertise in financial management, including food costing and P&L accountability
- Demonstrated ability to elevate guest experiences in alignment with Forbes standards
- Professional presence with the ability to remain calm, polished, and guest-focused under pressure
- History of career stability and consistent tenure in leadership roles
- Thrives in a remote, resort-based environment with a high level of independence
