We are seeking a motivated Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in an established fine-dining steakhouse known for its highly-curated selection of premium beef and seafood. This high-volume operation, within a growing restaurant group, is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a confident, professional individual to lead a dynamic team.

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior BOH leadership role (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine), preferably in a Michelin-starred establishment
- Proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Strong financial management skills—P&L, labor cost, food cost, and inventory control
- ServSafe certified; full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Executive Chef – Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in scratch kitchens and be able to create structured systems and processes as you will lead kitchen operations
- Proven ability to build a high-performance team culture rooted in respect and discipline
- Strong vendor management skills and ordering accuracy
- Calm, solution-driven leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Partner closely with FOH leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Uphold consistency in recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards
