What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the service team to deliver flawless, attentive, and memorable guest experiences.
- Uphold exacting hospitality standards, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
- Develop training programs that maintain consistency in service execution and elevate team performance.
- Foster guest relationships and handle VIP service with the utmost discretion and attention to detail.
- Partner with the Ownership Team to maintain operational excellence and implement service innovations.
What You Bring:
- Proven Fine Dining or Luxury Hospitality Experience—preferably in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments.
- Strong Wine Knowledge
