Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at navigating the complex world of retail permits and business licensing? We are seeking a Business Permits & Licensing Manager to take ownership of compliance and licensing operations across multiple retail locations. This role is central to ensuring our business runs smoothly, stays compliant, and is positioned for continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all licensing and permit applications, ensuring timely approvals and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Manage the company’s business card/credit program, including applications, limits, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in licensing, permitting, or compliance (retail industry background preferred).
- Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain government regulations.
- Leadership qualities to guide and support team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems.
