Kitchen Manager – Coastal Casual Dining | TX
About the Opportunity:
A well-established waterfront restaurant on the Texas Coast is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead a long-tenured BOH team. Known for bold flavors and a laid-back coastal vibe, this high-volume operation values consistency, mentorship, and strong leadership.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $60,000–$65,000
- Christmas Bonus: $3K–$4K
- Summer Pay Boost: +$100/week
- Paid Vacation: Two weeks at Christmas
- Relocation Welcome
Requirements
- Proven KM experience (no AKMs, Cooks, or FOH-only backgrounds)
- Exposure to $3M+ annual sales
- Formal P&L and basic HR training
- Ability to train culinary fundamentals
- Familiarity with seasonal staffing and volume shifts
