What You’ll Do:
- Lead all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery
- Develop and manage production schedules while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime
- Supervise, mentor, and coach production and QA teams to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely product delivery
- Oversee inventory management, conduct stock checks, and maintain adequate supplies
- Enforce safety standards and perform regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and other manufacturing requirements
- Analyze key metrics to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost
- Create, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent production quality
- Support innovation by implementing new products, technologies, and process improvements with R&D
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility
- Travel as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of manufacturing management or production leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop effective teams
- Strong experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing compliance requirements
- Ability to use production data to make informed, strategic decisions
- Experience in wellness, supplements, or related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with CFR111 guidelines and best practices
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, Monday–Friday
