Assistant Manager – Fashion Retail

We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Assistant Manager with a passion for fashion to support the store manager in leading a dynamic team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

·      Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations

·      Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and deliver great service

·      Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling

·      Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

·      Help recruit, train, and develop new team members

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

·      1+ year of retail management experience

·      Strong communication and people management skills

·      A customer-first attitude and a passion for retail

·      Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·      Organized, Self-Starter, Results -driven

Assistant Manager Benefits:

·      Base salary of $38 – $45K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40 hour work week)
