Finance Director Job Benefits & Compensation

Fiannce Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven insights delivery
- Skilled in financial tools and systems (Excel, Power BI, PeopleSoft, Blacksmith, High Radius, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support senior leadership
Finance Director Must Haves
- Proven track record in sales finance and customer/channel profitability management
- Strong business acumen with ROI-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate risks, opportunities, and corrective actions clearly to executives
- Leadership presence to influence trade-offs, strategy, and revenue growth decisions
- Capacity to work independently, creatively, and with accountability under pressure
Fiannce Director Background & Skills
- Deep expertise in customer/channel strategy, trade spend management, and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience managing Customer P&Ls, gross margin, and profitability drivers
- Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with CPG industry dynamics and sales-finance integration
- Adept at leveraging data visualization and financial systems for insights and decision support
